Project Policies

Research is a custom order, proposed by the client and cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
All reproductions are digital unless prior arrangements are agreed upon before research begins. Alternate reproductions are possible, though they may require a additional retrieval fee.
Due to the nature of the business, research results cannot be guaranteed.
Certain photos and/or other information provided may be copyrighted. Clients are advised to follow current laws and obtain the necessary rights and legal guidance, if needed.
Spectrum Research and its employees disclaim any warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of its research or fitness for a particular purpose of the information provided.
The user agrees and understands that Spectrum Research is not responsible for consequential, or any damages arising from our research to include the client’s reliance on the gathered information.
